What we collect

Account information — email address used to manage your subscription.
Subscription & billing — plan, renewal date, payment status.
Technical device data — device type and OS version, used only for compatibility and crash diagnostics.

What we do NOT collect

We do not log your viewing history, channel selections or watch time.
We do not store your provider credentials on our servers — they are encrypted on your device.
We do not track your IP address or browsing activity inside the app.

How we use your data

Your data is used strictly for service delivery: account access, billing, and technical support. We use anonymized aggregate analytics to understand general app usage and improve performance.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share information only with payment processors as strictly required to process your billing.

Content disclaimer

Pass+ is a player application. We do not provide content, playlists or access credentials. Any content you play through Pass+ comes from a provider you choose, and your usage of that content is governed by the terms of that provider.
