Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy Pass+. If the application does not work as advertised on your device, you are entitled to a refund.
Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase, provided one of the following applies:
- The Pass+ application does not install or run on your supported device.
- You are unable to load any provider source after following our setup guide and contacting support.
- A documented bug in Pass+ prevents normal playback and cannot be resolved within 72 hours.
What is not covered
- Issues caused by your provider, your playlist, or unstable internet connection.
- Content availability — Pass+ does not provide content; this is the responsibility of your chosen provider.
- Renewals after the first 7 days are non-refundable.
How to request
Email billing@pass-plus.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
