These Terms govern your use of the Pass+ player application. By installing or using Pass+, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the service

Pass+ is exclusively a media player application. We do not provide channels, movies, playlists, M3U lists, Xtream Codes credentials or any other form of content or access. The user is solely responsible for the content they play and the providers they connect.

Subscriptions

Paid plans grant a personal, non-transferable license to use the Pass+ application within the limits described in your selected plan. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you reproduce respects the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of the provider you connect.
You may not redistribute, resell or modify the Pass+ application.
You may not use Pass+ to violate intellectual property rights of any third party.

Limitation of liability

Pass+ is provided "as is". We are not liable for content quality, availability, or legality of any third-party provider you connect. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend access in case of material breach of these Terms. You may cancel anytime from your account.
